I go to the gym way to much as most people know. So in case you were wondering what I'm doing up there, I have some pictures, descriptions, and workouts for you to check out.

It's good to lift as heavy as you can but while using good form and as many reps as possible. I try to keep my reps between 10-15 with the most weight I can do.
